I am grateful. I appreciate you asking me to reflect as we are half way through the year. Is this what I thought it would be like? Is this what I want? Do I still want to commit to the work? Will I slow down enough for rest? Will I be open to play?

I am proud of myself for allowing the answers to come, receive them without judgement, but with curiosity.
